"Awesome stay! Felt very used in a good way. People using the amenities. Families staying there like ours. Businesses using the property as well. It was a great breakfast every morning. It felt like a hotel that was well maintained and taken care of"
"The room was fresh and clean, the breakfast was pretty good, the AC worked fabulous! The bed was a little uncomfortable to me but I'm spoiled and only like my bed at home LOL
Front desk staff was very personable and kind.
Visiting family in the area. Would definitely stay there again."
"We had a room close to back door exit. However one of the tenants placed a mat in the back door which allowed non resident to come in. I removed it but I was very concerned they would put the mat back in the door causing a security issue. At the same time there were 2 cars in the back parking lot just sitting with car running. We requested to be moved and mgr. moved us to 2nd floor. However this room had wet carpet inside the door which never dried overnight.
It appears the hotel has permanent...
"I am a HI fan so any time I can choose them I do. As usual I was completely satisfied. First of all, my plane was delayed 4 hours and I called the front desk. She was beyond helpful and professional. She let me know that whenever I got there, my room would be waiting for me--that took a load off because I was definitely stressed out. I didn't arrive until 1:56, but staff was available and got me checked in with no issues. Bed was clean and soft as usual and I had no issues with any appliances....
"Our room was so spacious, fresh, and clean! Plenty of outlets for charging our devices, an open floor plan so our kiddos didn’t feel so boxed in, and a breakfast in the morning was included (and good)! We love Hampton Inn and will always be faithful customers !"
