"This was a lovely, clean, and well-equipped home in a pleasant neighborhood. It is very convenient to RDU airport and the whole Triangle area. It worked so well for us that we actually ended up extending our stay by three days. The only slight downside was that noise from the road and the airport at certain hours made sitting on the beautiful deck a little less pleasant than we would hope. However, the noise was not an issue inside the house at all. All in all, highly recommended."

"The location was amazing. You felt like you were in the country but it was 2 miles to shopping and restaurants. The house was clean and the host was quick to respond to anything we asked. We highly recommend this house for a couples getaway or small family gathering. Our four legged children loved the huge and highly manicure property. "

"Our group of eight really enjoyed our time at this house. There was so much room to do so many fun things. There were game tables and plenty of outdoor seating for enjoying the various decks and pool area. The pool was kept in excellent condition for our entire stay, which included a few visits by the pool maintenance person keeping the chemicals in balance and the floor vacuumed. We were very impressed. You couldn’t see any other houses from the property which made it feel extra special like a relaxing getaway."

"The management company was friendly & easy to get ahold of. The door code was easy & reliable. The property needs some maintenance. The walls in the stairwell are distractingly dirty & scuffed up. The cleaning crew assigned to this property needs some oversight. The kitchen counters were extremely dirty & needed wiped immediately upon entry. The bathrooms were tidy & clean. If somebody would have done a walkthrough to double check the cobwebs & cleanliness, our visit would have been better. The management company needs to update the driving distance information on the listing. This property is easily a 20 minute drive to Duke campus - which was the purpose for our stay here. "
