"May not be top shelf hotel... During my week stay. Check in until check out, ALL of the staff were not only very nice; the front desk managers were above helpful and who I'm assuming is the GM(he worked day shift) was just flat out an awesome gentleman."

"This hotel is fully infested with cockroaches! When I saw them, I immediately checked out. The manager refused to refund the money for night I didn’t stay because I didn’t cancel 24 in advance! If I had known of the infestation I never would have booked in the first place!!"
