"Your incidental fees are a bit high for a night $215 (still pending) The bathroom looked like it needs a new tub and the phone charger in my room wasn’t working, also the walkways need to drain better when it rains because my entire shoes got soak and wet but other than those issues, everything else was great and the staff was pleasant! "Amazing pool and love the beach front on the hotel. It was very easy access and loved what the hotel has to offer. The only downside was, during our stay, it was raining and the rooms had flooding issues because of it. Other than that, staff was amazing and they were making it up by service. Thank you for everything! "

"Condo is located close to Kuhio highway, lots of road noise. Checkin process is very confusing, no office staff onsite. Process was not communicated clearly at all. Both TVs/remotes did not work and there was nobody to call or come fix it. Pools are cold and hot tub way too hot. Room was spacious and clean. "

"There’s a lot to like about this place:The location was perfect — it was great for driving everywhere on the island, and having a parking lot was really nice.The open windows with fresh air and a great view are hard to beat. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. One of the best restaurants on the island is basically across the street (Naisla Kitchen & Cocktail), as well as a nice coffee shop within walking distance. "

"Clean room, front desk staff very nice, grounds are beautiful. Pool is nice but hot tub was always full and small. Heard a lot about the timeshare lady and yes I could see where that could be an issue for people but I believe they have adjusted now and have a very nice lady making the first contact to try and schedule you a timeshare appointment. They offered some vouchers and money but we just refused, took about 15 minutes and they gave us our wristbands which you honestly don’t need anyway. Just stick to your no initially and you will be fine. The place is really nice. "
