ARE YOU LOOKING FOR AN OCEAN VIEW CONDO? THIS IS IT!! When you step in the door, you will feel at home in our tropical paradise. Experience a lovely sunset from our lanai or take a dip in our lovely salt water pool or one of our two large hot tubs. It is very private and has been completely remodeled with Hawaiian furnishings. Our kitchen includes Koa cabinets & gourmet appliances. We are a 20 minute drive from the Airport and less than an 8 minute walk to the sandy beach @ A-bay We are within walking distance to great shopping and Dining. Our condo is situated between the Waikoloa Mariott and the Waikoloa Hilton Hotels. We are also close to the Waikoloa Golf Course. Everyone loves this condo for it's beauty and location!

GREAT LOCATION!! Located between the Waikoloa Hilton and Waikoloa Marriott Hotels.

We welcome you to our beautiful HAWAIIAN RETREAT! This condo is our life long dream and we love to share it with others who love Hawaii as much as we do. We are on the 2nd floor (end unit) and have a very large WRAP AROUND LANAI which is surrounded by plumeria trees and swaying palms. Sitting on the lanai in the morning with your fresh Kona coffee or watching the sunset in the evening - you know you are in PARADISE!

Our unit is close to the 75' saline HEATED pool and 2 jacuzzis. We have an assigned parking stall and the elevator is near. If you like, golf, this is the place for you. -The WAIKOLOA BEACH and KINGS GOLF COURSE are two of many golf courses close to us.

It is an easy 5 to 10 minute walk to a beautiful black and white sand beach at A-Bay! The Vistas are the closest condos to the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel with its Dolphin Quest and free boat rides throughout the resort. On the other side of us is the Waikoloa Marriott which has a great luau on Saturday and Wednesday evenings. All within walking distance!

A 5 minute walk takes you to the Kings Shops or the Queen's Market. Great shopping and restaurants can be found there. The Queen's Market has a gourmet grocery store where you'll find a deli, bakery, fresh meats, fish, produce and a wine shop. On Wednesdays you will find a farmer's market at the Kings Shops.

This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has just been freshly redecorated. The beautiful island themed furniture and artwork is pleasing to the eye. You'll enjoy the beautiful tropical area rugs, 2 large Flat Screen smart TVs, BluRay DVD, entertainment center and comfortable furniture in the living room. Our new sofa bed has a pillow-top mattress.

First class mattresses and linens are provided. We have down blankets on the beds. - and supply beach towels, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, noodles, a rolling cooler and lightweight packable beach chairs for our guests.

Our lanai has a dining table, BBQ, a comfortable seating group and overhead fans.

The extra large primary bedroom has a beautiful four poster bed, large flat screen TV, and a lovely desk. This room has great ventilation with 3 opening windows and an overhead fan. All windows have plantation shutters. We completely REMODELED THE PRIMARY BATH in beautiful natural stone. It's like walking into a spa with it's rain head and handheld shower in the huge walk in shower with a seat. Check out our photos.

The beautiful 2nd bedroom has a new queen size bed, an overhead fan and it's own completely remodeled bath. Each bathroom has a hotel style lighted magnifying mirror and hair dryer. You will find a curling iron and flat iron for your use.

Our unit has central air-conditioning and overhead fans in the living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and lanais.


We offer FREE WIRELESS INTERNET in the unit. TWO NEW FLAT SCREEN SMART TVs - BLU RAY Wireless DVD Player

If you are looking for something for a Larger Group, OUR FAMILY OWNS 2 OTHER UNITS AT THE VISTAS - ONE IS RIGHT NEXT DOOR and the other on the golf course.

After a day at the beach, golfing or exploring the island you will enjoy returning to your HAWAIIAN PARADISE to watch one of the spectacular sunsets!!

Amazing location

Wonderful property with everything you need. Kitchen is well stocked including spices and all the cookware you can think of. Everything you need for the beach. Nice, quiet condo with a great location. We loved our stay here and would definitely return!

Big Island Paradise

Great location to enjoy all the Big Island sites, restaurants and experiences. Waikaloa is convenient from the walking paths, to the well stocked island market to A beach and Lava Lava. Morning coffee on the lanai looking at the ocean will be missed back on the mainland.

Quiet paradise

Everything you ever wanted to use for cooking was in the kitchen. The furniture was rich and luxurious. Breakfast on the lanai and sitting on the outdoor couches at sunset was miraculous.

Great place in Waikoloa!

Sylvia’s place was exactly as described and a beautiful place we called home for a week. The condo was stocked with everything you could ask for, including a goody basket on arrival! Beach toys, towels, chairs, umbrellas, you name it and it was there. We enjoyed sunsets at the nearby beach and the lanai is simply amazing. We had a lovely time and would stay here again for sure if we come back to Waikoloa! Thank you Sylvia!

This condo has all you could think of and more. It’s a great location and decorated beautifully! Sylvia, is very detailed oriented with her instructions as well as decor in the condo. Beautiful condo in a great location

The condo is beautiful, well equipped and is in a great location. The lanai is huge, a great place for dining or lounging and enjoying the ocean view. Inside, the condo is spacious, has everything you need (in the kitchen, laundry, bathrooms), and beautifully decorated in Hawaiian style. For fun, there is everything you need for a great day at the beach - towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers and snorkeling gear. The location is a short walk from the beach and shops and restaurants, and the complex itself includes a lap pool and a fitness center. Finally, the owners couldn't have been made things easier or been more helpful - sharing favorite places to eat, helping us with where we could rent stand up paddle boards, and more. We loved this place and will definitely be back.

Enjoyable retreat

Condo was clean, nicely decorated and situated close to the pool as well as surrounding shops and restaurants. We never prepared any meals in the condo however the kitchen (very nice) appeared to be well-stocked with everything one might need to do so... we just preferred to eat out! We enjoyed sitting on the lanais in the morning and evenings. Being tall we did not find the couch and reclining chair too comfortable for lengthy sitting/watching TV. The only issue we encountered during our stay was with the AC. However, the owner was responsive, and the issue got resolved. Vista Waikoloa is a quite resort and the grounds are well kept. And Sylvia is great/quick about answering any questions you may have pre/post-booking through the end of your stay! Don't pass this up!

Wonderful Stay at Vista A201

This unit was one of the best rentals we ever stayed at. For various reasons: The entire rental experience was a breeze. The owner included thorough directions and recommendations that enabled us to be fully prepared both prior and during our stay. As far as the rental unit: This exceeded all of our expectations! You can tell the owner and operator put a lot of heart, soul, and upgrades into this rental. The unit has a great layout. The bedrooms are spacious, organized and provided lots of storage. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and organized with all the accessories needed to be comfortable. The unit supplied beach gear, which was very helpful for our trip – including beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and towels. The kitchen has all the amenities necessary for a trip. For the chefs who want to cook. Various glassware, dishware, and cookware. Plus tons of cooking utensils. Even stuff for grilling. The patio was our favorite part. It is huge!! Way bigger than the pictures represent and has two sections, lots of table, space, chairs, and lounge seating. You can see the ocean from the patio (far in the distance). However, the prettiest view is just the grounds within Waikoloa. It’s lush and well groomed. Really felt like paradise We will definitely be staying at this unit again as we had an incredible family vacation staying at this unit and appreciate the care and details that the owner took to make our stay smooth and enjoy.

Amazing Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this property with our immediate family. It was immaculately clean and organized with all the amenities we needed.
