Perfect spot for a Hawaiian getaway

Wonderful, relaxing

All aspects of this property booking were excellent. The host was prompt with communication, offered flexibility when asked, and really nice touches with greetings, treats on arrival, a very well stocked kitchen and thoughtfully decorated condo. The complex was quiet, pool was a very peaceful place to end the day. All in all an excellent location, would highly recommend for four adults.

Perfect Location

This property was the perfect location. We were able to walk to the market for a quick bite, shop and to the beach for the most amazing sunsets. The condo was so well equipped and comfortable. The host stayed in touch and answered all of our questions.

Lovely and relaxing stay

We stayed a week at Jayne’s condo. Probably the most well equipped rental we have stayed at. It was more like someone’s home. It was very quiet and comfortable. The view was very nice of the grounds and the ocean. The wraparound porch was great. Good location near King’s and Queen’s shopping plazas. Also near some beautiful beaches. We didn’t use the pool or gym but both looked nice. Jayne was very responsive and had lots of local recommendations and books/magazines. Highly recommend.

Lovely Property!!

The views! The Tradewinds! The quiet! So peaceful.We absolutely loved our stay at Jayne's condo. It was clean and stocked with extra detergents and paper and wares. Comfortable bed. Linens that were laundered in scent free detergent. All of the appliances worked. The AC worked very well. Close to beautiful bay for swimming, ocean front walking, shopping and dining, etc. Wish we could live here but will settle for hoping we can visit again.

The best Hawai’i trip!

Thank you Jayne for opening your beautiful condo for our stay! The place was perfectly appointed and restful and the grounds were fantastic including the pool. Jayne is a great host and communicator. We had a great trip (will definitely return!) and Jayne’s condo was a huge part of that experience. Can’t recommend this place and Jayne enough.

We LOVED staying here!

This lovely unit is very comfortable, spacious and clean. We had everything we needed to cook, relax, and enjoy ourselves. The location is perfect. It is easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, and the local shopping centers. The lap swimming pool was my favorite! It was refreshing to start the day with a few laps in the pool. Jayne is very attentive and ensured we had all the information we needed.

An ideal spot in paradise

Jayne's place is spacious, beautiful and spotless. I've never seen a rental as well stocked as this. She has thought of everything to make her guests feel at home. The complex is very quiet and most days we had the (spectacular) salt water pool to ourselves if we weren't out at Hapuna beach or snorkeling at ABay. Breakfasts and dinners on the patio were great. I highly recommend a stay here. I hope we make it back next year.

Absolutely Lovely Trip

Condo was just as beautiful as the pictures. We enjoyed the comfortable and spacious lanai for breakfast, lunches, and evening relaxation. Definitely the best equipped condo we have stayed in. Kitchen was well stocked, ample towels and beach towels, interesting books on Hawaii and handy beach gear available. It is a fabulous location...close to A-Bay and the amenities at Kings Shops and Queens marketplace (Island Gourmet Markets). Just a 15 minute drive to wonderful restaurants on the Kohala Coast and 30 minutes to Waimea farmers market. Mahalo to our host for the exceptional communication which made everything stress-free and the many thoughtful touches. We hope to return to this paradise!

Perfect Place- Exactly as Pictured and Highly Recommend!

Jayne's place is perfect - it has absolutely everything you need for a Hawaii vacation, including all things that you would want to take to the beach and a wonderful pool area (31/2 feet deep all around) and 2 hot tubs. The pictures are completely accurate, and the location exceeded our expectations in every way. We were there with our "adult" children (19 and 21) and the second bedroom was adapted to 2 twin beds to accommodate us. Although there isn't a lot of living room seating for 4 adults (one couch and one large chair), the doors to the lanai can be kept open and there is great seating for 4 there, as well as a picturesque outdoor dining room table. Walking distance to shoreline access, great market and shopping nearby. We didn't know much about the diversity of the climates on the Big Island before we went- the Waikoloa area is in the drier volcanic rock area, just an FYI. Great beaches nearby and the more lush areas of the island are just 20 minutes away. We loved it!!

We had a marvelous time for a full week with plenty of space for the four of us. The full kitchen helped save on food costs and the two balconies with a view of the ocean made morning breakfast special. The condo is clean and close to the pool and grills. We enjoyed the short drive to shopping and the beach. Definitely recommend.

First Time to the Big Island

This was our first visit to the Big Island, and it was amazing. The condo was perfect for our family of four, and we had so much fun visiting local beaches and exploring the island. Jayne was great to work with, and the condo had everything we needed. It was clean, quiet, and the residents were friendly. We will be returning to learn more about the island and will want to stay here if we can.
