Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays now through December 31, 2026. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee. Waikoloa Beach Resort Gold Membership Golf benefits (discounted tee fees at the Waikoloa Beach Resort Courses). Fees are $95.00 per person, per round. There are three 9-hole courses (Kings Nine, Lakes Nine and Beach Nine). Guests can combine two courses for a total of 18 holes. Golf Club Rentals are $50.00. Waikoloa Beach Villas E23 is located on the second floor of the E Building. There is elevator and/or stair access to the second floor. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!
The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas. All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Fantastic unit filled with everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Loved the pool (even more than the Hilton) and enjoying meals outside on the Lanai.
Great location/property. Clean and fully stocked. We requested to stay an additional night and that request was easily granted without headaches. Access to the Hilton pool was also a fantastic bonus. Would definitely stay again.
Great location, super clean, well-stocked supplies
The first thing I want to share is my 25-year-old daughter remarked about how clean it was! We spent 6 days at this lovely home and were impressed with its location within easy walking distance to Queens' Marketplace and Kings' Shops, the access to beach equipment (chairs, boogie boards, and umbrellas), the nice kitchen supplies, and the overall layout of the home was perfect!
Property is fantastic. The unit is well-stocked with everything you could need. The location can't be beat! Queen's shops within walking distance but you'd never know it because everything is so quiet and peaceful. The hilton pool pass is a nice perk! Would 100% stay here again!
This property is close to everything. The accommodations were great except for a very creaky double bed. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The pass to the Hilton was an added plus and so were the beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels. Thank you for allowing us to visit your slice of heaven. Mahalo🌺
Great locale, great condo, good value, no issues. Liked the golf and Hilton pass. Worked out great for me and my family. The only glitch was that we couldn't turn off the AC or fan at night for some quiet time.
Great layout with 2 beds/2 bath, kitchen with storage containers to pack beach snacks and pots, pans, bar cart to easily make a full dinner. Location within walking distance of Queen's Marketplace and King's Landing with shops including groceries or head out with a car to Walmart/Costco to stock up when you arrive. No issues with appliances (lovely washer/dryer in unit), A/C and fully stocked garage with everything you need for a day at the beach. Enjoyed ziplining in the mountains and night swim with manta rays. Dining highlights include Merrimans, Mauka Bar & Grill, and Lava Lava Beach Club,
We had a great stay at this two-bedroom, two-bath condo. It was clean, modern, and spacious—perfect for our family of four, including two near-adult sons. The AC worked well, and the condo was very well equipped. The kitchen went beyond the basics, with plenty of utensils, pots, pans, glassware, bowls, and cutlery, along with thoughtful touches like salt, pepper, and non-stick spray. Beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella were also included and much appreciated. The washer and dryer looked convenient, though we didn’t need to use them.The keyless entry made check-in and coming and going very easy. Location was excellent: close to shops and restaurants, with Starbucks and a market right across the street at Queens’ Marketplace. We were in town for a wedding at the Marriott, and it was an easy 10-minute walk. Parking was also simple and stress-free.The condo even included a pool pass to the Hilton nearby. We didn’t get to use it due to a packed wedding schedule, but it was a nice perk. Overall, a comfortable and convenient home base—we’d be happy to stay here again.
We choose this unit for our annual family vacation due to its proximity to Waikoloa Beach, walking distance from Island Gourmet, and the inclusion of a Hilton pool pass. The unit did not disappoint.
Plenty of space for the kids. Smart TVs (with Disney!) In each room. Great onsite pools and just a 3 minute drive to the beach. It was beyond outstanding.
The kitchen was well supplied with equipment/cooking gadgets to make meal prep easy and fun. The A/C also helps us acclimate quickly coming from the much colder PNW to the islands.
This property was so great it had my 6 yr old begging us to book additional nights because she never wanted to leave. I suspect we'll be back in no time!
Very well-appointed with all that we needed. Great kitchen. Comfy bedrooms (one with king and huge bathroom/closet; one with two doubles- nice shared bath outside room). Nice lanai. Super clean and comfortable all-around. Great pool a hundred steps away.
Utilized Hilton pass twice. Really easy to use (and free parking with validation) and fun to live resort lifestyle for a few hours- great pool and festive environment.
Very secure condo complex- maybe a tiny bit too secure in our opinion, because it looks like you can just walk across the street to the Queens Marketplace (part of the reason we chose location), but you need to walk all the way down to the drive-in entrance. Not really a big deal.
Really nice property. Super clean. Good location. Kitchen was perfect for what we needed it for. There are BBQs at the pool if you want (didn’t notice that until the last day). We used the Hilton Pass, which was nice, but so crowded! Plus you have to drive there. Couldn’t find any chairs to put our stuff. We preferred their lagoon over the chaotic pool (tons of sea turtles swimming right with you!) Actually the property’s pool and hot tub were perfect! Washer and dryer were clean and worked well. Dishwasher a little finicky but eventually got it to work. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your property.
