Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays now through December 31, 2026. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas. All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

We had a family of 6. This place was comfortable for all us with room to spare. Kitchen and grill was well suited. Proximity to the pool & nearby stores was key to enjoying our time. Beach toys, boards, and chairs all great too.
We enjoy staying at the property. It’s clean and well-maintained with good amenities. We’ll be sure to recommend this property for a family stay to our friends. The Hilton pass is a plus as well
This condo was exactly as described and served as a wonderful home base for a friends trip to Hawaii. We had a couple questions for the property management team and they were very friendly and responded very quickly.

The place was absolutely perfect for my family of 6! The place was clean, relaxing and had everything we needed as a family. The location was prime for a lot of the activities we did in the area and would definitely come back if we stayed in the big island again.

Great Location! I have stayed at Several properties in this location and this property was a great experience. Walking distance to Queen and Kings court and just a few minutes drive to several beaches. The townhouse condo had everything we needed for our stay. The kids LOVED IT and of course the Adults too. LOL. Planning on going back next year!
Our holiday was very good and the condo was well placed with Queens market place directly across the road, and an easy walk to the Hilton facilities.
The condo itself was very clean and well stocked with the basics for cooking and a holiday - bikes, golf clubs, beach were all supplied and in great condition.
We did have an issue of a missing blind in the master bedroom however it was replaced within 6 hrs of raising the complaint which was an amazing professional service.
The game table was not used. We missed the additional sitting area that the game table replaced

We've been coming to the Big Island for 14 years. We stay in the Waikoloa Beach Villas every year. Unfortunately this unit is our least favorite of any unit we've ever stayed in.
The interior of the unit is very echo'y and has a cold, unwelcoming feel mainly due to the low quality, plasticy "wood" flooring they installed. It gives a cold, hard cavernous feel to the unit. The couches
they placed are very cheap and unfortunately aren't comfortable for more than a few minutes. Definitely not ones you'd lounge on comfortably in the evening. You can tell this unit is simply a business for the owners because there is little-to-no owner pride. We love when units have that cozy, Hawaiian vibe with wood tones and a warm inviting feel. This one is definitely not that. It feels more like a mainland apartment than a Hawaiian vacation condo.
In regards to amenities, the basics are there but that's about it. Nothing above and beyond. They provided no beach towels and no beach matts. They did provide the Tommy Bahama chairs but one was broken so we were shy one the whole trip. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom would literally spontaneously come on at all hours of the night waking us up multiple times per night. Unless you remembered to kill the power at the wall switch it would switch itself on. Needless to say we couldn't run the fan at night. They only allow you to set the thermostat no lower than 74 which is 3 or 4 degrees warmer than any other unit we've stayed in. Too hot for sleeping especially with no fan.
If you don't see pictures of a giant pool table in the living room then the pictures aren't current (as they weren't for our stay). The pictures we in the listing showed enough seating for 8 people in the living room area (which was important to us as we were entertaining guests). Without telling us they replaced half the living room seating with a giant plastic/formica pool table so seating for guests is very limited. Considering this is an 8 person unit I have no idea why they only provide seating in the evening for 4 people around the tv and living area. Our guests had to sit on a big plastic bench at night that was part of the pool table assembly.
I wouldn't rent this unit unless you like to play pool and are getting a really good rate.
We enjoyed staying at this condo. It was everything we expected! Very clean and organized, and it was equipped with whatever we needed.
The condo was large enough to accommodate 3 adult couples comfortably. A very short walk to the pool!

We had a great stay! I have stayed at many vacation rentals and this one was one of the best.
We had a great stay! I have stayed at many vacation rentals and this one was one of the best. It had all common household items and a pretty fully stocked kitchen. There was a great supply of beach items (towels, chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, snorkel gear, lifejackets, etc) as well as bikes which were so wonderful to have and saved us a lot of money from renting those items. The house was clean and comfortable and the location was excellent. ResorticaHawaii was an excellent company to work with. They were prompt to reply and had a great online portal to find commonly asked questions as well as info on the property and surrounding area. The Villa was very well stocked with typical household items and many beach items as well which we loved.

A home away from home, we started planning a trip to the Big Island back in May.
A home away from home, we started planning a trip to the Big Island back in May. The property has everything you need and is fully equipped with snorkeling gear, bikes, boogie boards, and even some gecko nets, which were great for the kids.
The property is an end unit, and the backyard opens up to the pool. On most days, my children would swim in the pool while we barbecued in the back. It was a perfect arrangement. The area by the pool is an excellent place for early morning yoga or even a chance to get in a few sets of jump rope after eating all those high in carbs Hawaiian dishes. The master opens to a balcony overlooking the pool. The bottom floor has a good-sized bedroom and bathroom, which is great for extended families. My favorite detail of the home are the floor-to-ceiling windows that are visible from the dining room. Seeing those palm trees in the distance reminded me every day that I was on vacation.
The home is only a short drive from Kona airport, a short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants are across the road, and a short walk to Lavo Lavo Beach Club.
We stayed at the property for ten days, and we loved every minute of it.
Ingrid was quick to text me back, we chose to evacuate the property because of a brush fire and she was able to help us make decisions on when we should come back to the home. Thank you!

We loved staying here with our toddlers.
We loved staying here with our toddlers. There are stairs, but there is a bedroom on the bottom floor. Helpful for older couples like my parents who came with us. This house had everything we needed including beach supplies (boogie board, snorkel gear, beach chairs, plenty of towels). Loved it here. It is a beautiful home. Anne Marie was very courteous and helpful.
