Gorgeous, Renovated Vista Waikoloa Condo, Close to Beach!

Renovated in 2018, this plush 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo is one of the most modern properties at the Vista Waikoloa. E203 was recently refurbished with gorgeous koa cabinets in the kitchen, re-imagined marble bathrooms and brand new furnishings (including a sofa bed in the living room). This spacious unit boasts partial ocean views and a large wrap-around lanai with a small tiki bar for drinks under the sunset. The open concept living area makes it easy to prepare meals and gather as a family. The master bedroom features brand new carpet, a queen-size bed and a luxurious bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom offers two twin beds which can be put together as a king to accommodate another couple (upon request at time of booking). An additional powder room, complete laundry facilities and a well-stocked kitchen checks all the boxes for the ideal Hawaiian vacation rental! The Vista is located in the heart of the Waikoloa Resort and offers a heated lap pool, workout room, 2 hot tubs, a BBQ pavilion and easy access to all the best resort amenities. For groups, we offer other upgraded condos in close proximity to E203 for great group accommodation options.

**The Vista Waikoloa Association has scheduled a re-tiling project on the lanai of all Vista units. Work has begun and during certain phases of the project, construction noise may be audible.

***The Vista Waikoloa will begin exterior painting of all buildings starting June 17, 2024. It is estimated to take approximately 3 weeks for each building to be completed, however, timelines listed below may change due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Here is the current painting schedule:

Perfect layout, location, outdoor lanai in Waikoloa village!
This 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathrooms, condo is in the Vista Waikoloa complex which are the closest condos to the A-Bay beach. Fantastic location and all newly renovated including gorgeous new white and marble bathrooms with walk-in showers. The condo is even nicer than the photos. A double outdoor lanai deck. Very central to everything in Waikoloa village. A gym in a separate building on the property, and a pool. Highly recommend this unit.
