About this property

3 BR luxury with a short walk to the beach! - Hilton Waikoloa Access Included

  • Kolea 9A was newly remodeled in 2024. Just a few minute walk from the Kolea Pool & Beach Club, Kolea 9A is conveniently located within Kolea. Also located on the ground floor this villa offers a nice lawn area in front for the children and is surrounded with lush tropical landscaping. From the moment you step into the villa you will marvel at the updated modern touches, artwork & beautiful Asian décor throughout the villa.

    The living area is nicely furnished with a new sectional sofa and new furnishings. There are new TVs throughout. The large pocket doors off of the living area open up to the lanai. Whether you are in the villa or outside, with these large pocket doors you can enjoy the sounds and scents of the tropics. The lanai has new outdoor dining for 6. There is also a wet bar and Viking stainless steel grill for your use.

    Just off of the living area is the dining area and kitchen. The dining area has a large dining table that seats six as well as three barstools. The gourmet kitchen is well stocked and features stainless steel appliances and granite counters.

    Just off the living room is the entrance to the spacious master bedroom with a new king size bed & new furnishings. The master bathroom has a deep soaking tub, dual vanities and a large walk-in shower.

    On the other side of the villa are the two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom has a new king size bed and new TV & dresser. The guest bathroom is attached to this room and has a vanity with a tub/shower combo. The second guest bedroom has two new twin beds that can be converted to a king upon request facing the TV.

    Other amenities of this villa include wireless internet, full size washer and dryer, and air conditioning.

Great stay in Kolea

This was our second stay in Kolea and was great as expected. We had stayed previously in a beachfront home, but opted for a condo this time. The unit didn’t have an ocean view, but is still one of the best locations in Kolea, maybe 50 yards to the beach club. Everything was as shown in the pictures, and the agency was very communicative and also able to accommodate a late checkout without issue. Beach chairs and boogie boards were available in the garage storage closet. Kitchen exceptionally well stocked. Beds and linens were super comfortable. Overall very happy with our stay and would return.

Great location and amenities. Check in was easy. The kitchen met our needs. We would have appreciated a rice cooker, and the stovetop interface was not great, but we made everything work.Loved the pool and easy beach access. The Hilton amenity card was a nice touch though we didn't use it enough. My son and I would have liked the workout area if it had been a little bigger (I.e. included some weights). Also there wasn't a good place for visitors to park: the public lot was the only option and required a bit more walking for my in laws to visit.
