"We truly enjoyed our stay at Blossom House. The service was excellent, breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel also organizes activities and city tours, which we took part in—a traditional Chinese incense ceremony and a guided walk along The Bund. Definitely recommend this place.

"Hotel was beautiful, and the view from the room of the Pearl and TV Tower was stunning. Staff very helpful and professional. Not all of the staff will speak brilliant English, but that's not to be expected, and easily managed with use of Google Translate. All areas were very clean, beds were comfortable, and housekeeping very efficient. The surrounding area doesn't have as many restaurants or bars as across the river, but the Metro is easily accessible and very cheap. Excellent shopping within a 5 minute walk at Super Brand Mall. Area felt very safe at night (two female travellers)."
"Clean, modern, quality hotel in the very centre of Shanghai. Plenty of shopping immediately outside the hotel, with Shanghai Old Town and the Bund less than 1 mile walk.
We arrived before 09:00. Nice welcome from the staff, who held our bags while we waited for check-in to open. A big thank you to Michael who let us check-in early when a room became available.
All staff were very pleasant and helpful. Michael and Echo were brilliant.
Breakfast was delicious and more than sufficient.
Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.
We'll definitely stay here again."
"Very comfortable place to stay. Near the attractions, restaurant, street food, shops. There's a coffee machine, ice cubes at the lobby. 2 big washing machine and a dryer. 2 complimentary bottled water daily, and daily room cleaning. Comfy bed and good AC. Very quiet location. The hotel lobby is located at the 3rd floor. Staff are very hospitable and very helpful. Wifi is really good, but I rarely use it because I have a great data plan with China mobile that can access the internet outside of Mainland. Lots of good local shops outside the hotel. There's a really good pancake shop nearby. Don't miss it. "
