"Overall was a very good stay with our toddlers. Had a problem where our room that we booked that evening was already taken due to lapse in online booking. There were big events happening and we were lucky they got us a different room and we made it work. They also credited us and treated us well. Breakfast staff went above expectations to prepare allergy-friendly food. We would certainly chose to stay here again!"

"I have stayed in many hotel rooms and most of them were not perfect. Neither was this one. But this one probably still rates 5 stars. Most everything was very good. We has two problems. When we pulled the plug on the tib faucet to start the shower, the plug still left a significant amount of water draining from the tub faucet. Also there was not enough light in the clothes closet to see the clothes. That could be easily fixed. Everything else made for a very nice stay."
