"Felt like I was in Vegas!"

"I was disappointed the moment I entered the property. It looked old and there was a distinct smell to the carpet or something in the area. My bedsheet in the room was not new, it obviously looked used. I called up the Front Desk for help at 4 PM. I was told the cleaners are gone for the day. However, the front desk guy was nice enough to give me new pair of sheets and pillow covers. That certainly sounded fresh and new. The next day, I went for a complimentary breakfast. The strawberries were very old and out of shape. The eggs were gone and there was hardly anything good except the coffee. The 3.5 or 4 stars I saw on review totally befooled me. "

Was supposed to receive a receipt via email by did not. Was given a number to call to get a copy of the receipt that was not helpful at all. Hopefully the charges are correct. Next time I'll get a hard copy at checkout."

"Walls are very thin, can hear all other guests coming down the hall. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7am and it’s paid, not free with room as was when I booked."
