Beautiful hotel and would stay again. Told it was a former art museum. Staff were all helpful from front desk, restaurant, room service, and valet parking. Short walk to free street car (trolley) station to hop on/off and tour downtown KC.

Super clean and helpful staff. I was traveling with my teen and I always appreciate a safe and comfy feel when traveling with kids. It’s in a walkable location to get to some parts of the city. We ubered a lot due to the heat but you can walk to dining and shopping at city market.

Beautiful historic hotel with lovely staff and jazz playing in the lobby. Location in a quiet area a bit away from the centre of the downtown action but still close by. KC exceeded all of our expectations and the hotel did too.

Loved the room, furniture and curtains were great. Very nice sink, the water in the shower went from hot to cold a bit too easily, but very manageable. Front desk were a great help, I forgot my toothbrush/toothpaste but they had extra for me to use. Friendly and flexible, gave me a late check-out with no fuss. Great time and restaurant too!

Our first room was blowing out heat (85°) so we were switched to a second room which was fine. It did take 20 min for us to have hot water …every shower. Dinner was good and bartender was friendly. Breakfast buffet was absolutely horrible.
