My daughter stayed there a week to visit family. I am a travel nurse and stay the night when going back and forth to airport. Very affordable and 15 minute drive to MCI. Phil at the front desk goes above and beyond.

Property was nice, but you can tell that they are still doing work around the building and construction that needs to happen. Outside of my room I could open up my window and say a woodchuck that had found a home inside a part of the building. Wasn't bothering anyone it was in a part of the building that couldn't be accessed, but it was definitely there. You can tell that outside the room still has some work to be done around the property and in the halls, but the bedroom was great. Shower was nice. One thing that was weird is when I tried to turn on the hot water in the sink the water would stop running? Otherwise it was nice would stay again, but definitely needs some more up keep.

Walking into the lobby, I was instantly greeted. Mallory was professional, friendly, and informative. She answered all my questions with a smile, even through I had several questions. The common areas were very clean and looked like they were recently renovated. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff made me feel safe and confident in my stay.

There is not even a sign for Kansas City Inn. I had to go inside and ask if that’s where I was. The only sign still said Baymont Inn. No ESPN. Right by highway so noisy.

Nothing whatsoever the place is a fire hazard needs to be condemned no signage dead bunny rabbit cut off heading away exit doors locked? Was very displeased with the service all around I would not recommend this place on your site if you look at your site you will see this place it is not in the same condition that is on the site
