절대로 이곳에 숙박하지 마세요.

일단 앱에 나와있는 데로 갔는데 다른 곳으로 이동. 1층방으로 안내 받았는데 방에서 곰팡이냄새가 너무 심해서 방 바꿔 달라는데 방향제 들고 들어와서 괜찮다고 하길래 방 바꿔 달라고 했더니 한참만에 2층 청소 안된 방으로 옮기면서 한참 기다리게 함. 주변 시설 너무 없어서 불편하고 조식도 형편없고 주변 다른 호텔에 비해 너무 최악임. 바로 호텔스닷컴에 취소 하려고 전화시도 했는데 통화도 안됨. 너무 불쾌하고 어리슥한 여직원들의 태도도 형편 없음. 체크인 하러 갔는데 자다 일어나서 머리 부시시한채로 나와서 여기가 아니라고 길 건너 가라고 해서 갔더니 호텔 이름도 다르고 들어간 호텔 여직원도 자다 나왔는지 머리 흐트러지고. 참. 너무 짜증나는 숙박이었음. 이곳 말고 백 비치 쪽으로 연결된 호텔로 이용하는 것이 훨씬 좋을 듯함. 체크아웃 할때엔 냉장고 안에 있는 물병중 하나를 냉동고 쪽에 두었는데 얼려 놨다면 물값도 추가로 달라고 해서 한판 싸우려다 나옴. 물이야 냉장고 쪽으로 두면 녹을 텐데 왜 얼렸냐며 돈 달라고 해서 싸우기도 싫고 어의가 없어서 그냥 돈주고 나옴. 아들하고 오랜만에 좋은 여행 하려 했다가 값만 비싸고 서비스 불친절하고 지저분하고 곰팡이 냄새나는 방에다 주변 시설도 없는 황당한 골방에서 아주 불쾌한 여행 이었음. 게다가 호텔스ㅜ닷컴에는 계속 전화했는데 연락 도 안되고. 정말 당장 취소하고 싶었는데 이건 뭐 사기가 아닌가 싶을 정도로 정말 다시는 이 호텔 이용하지 말아야 함. 끔찍한 여행 이었음.

We booked the room through expedia. The room did not look like the pictures. The room was dirty with bugs. Staff is very unfriendly, we payed for a ocean view and didn't receive it. There were trees blocking the windows and also buildings. We asked why it didn't look like the picture, they told us that picture was taken 9 years ago. We asked for a refund, they refused to give our money back and forced us to stay. Terrible all around save your money and stay somewhere else.

Horrible.

I booked for 3 days and check out after 1 day. The last time I stay there and book at the same rate I was given a deluxe room, this time I book thru Expedia at the same rate I was given a standard room. Couldn't believe after staying there I could not get a receipt becoz I book from Expedia. I've tocaim for my expenses and if I couldn't get a receipt why should I book they Expedia!

Pleasing Stay

Although not too close to the beach the Villa we booked was excellent. The rooms were very spacious and tidy. The air conditioner is in excellent condition so the rooms were very cool. Only the rooms have air cons. Outside is equipped with fans and it's good enough to keep cool. The villa has a kitchen as well so we were able to buy super fresh seafood and cook. They also have a pool for you to enjoy. A little on the small side but very comfortable to swim.

静かで小さなほっこりホテルです

祝日の直前に予約したので、空いているホテルが少なく、こちらにたどり着きました。 祝日の宿泊料金でしたので、通常の２、３倍位のお値段だったみたいです。 なので、その割には、、、と感じてしまいましたが、通常料金であればOKなホテルです。 ガーデンビューとあったのですが、ガーデンとはいえない景観でした。 歩いて行ける距離に、小さなビーチとGANH HAOという地元で有名なローカルシーフード店があります。 それ以外に周辺には何もないですが、ブンタウの観光スポットにも飽きているので問題ありません。 シーフードを食べて、プールかビーチで寝ているだけですので。 朝食のビュッフェはベトナム料理のみでしたが、種類も多くて美味しかったです。

少し中心街より離れていますが、静かでリラックス出来ました。

海岸側ではありますが、海は岩場です。ホテルのプールでリラックスし、夕食後は、ビリヤードなどしてゆっくり遊べました。部屋は4ベットルームで広かったです。バスタブは無いシャワーのみでした。古い建物ですが、まあまあ綺麗でした。
