The hotel is nice but lacks the quality finishing touches eg:painting in hallway not complete, marks on walls not cleaned etc. The breakfast lacked variety and our kids did not eat anything available

Restaurang stängd pga för få boende. Frukost ett skämt. Nudlar med grönsaker är ingen frukost. Språkförbistring pga de i receptionen knapp kunde engelska. Vi kom till rummet o då stod allt som skulle vara i kylskåpet ute. Vi ställde in det o då menade dom att vi förstört vattnet o Redbull för det stod i kylskåpet o ville att vi skulle betala för dessa.

It's not always the first impression that counts. Unfortunately, the pool is only usable from 8-20, which makes it impossible to swim before breakfast, which ends at 9. The buffet is modest, hardly anything for vegetarians. Vegetables were cold (hot plate defective). My extra request (during the booking process) for fruit and an avocado was simply ignored. It became dangerous during the power failure: emergency generator defective, lifts stuck, emergency lighting failed (in corridors without natural lighting!) and the access card to the room - yes exactly - without function. But the location is nice and quiet with a perfect view to the sea, especially from my booked Panorama Suite.
