"We had the best time during our short stay in Siena. Our hosts were great! Picked us up from the train station, answered all of our questions, gave us good recommendations for dinner, made sure we were comfortable in our stay & even drove us to pick up our rental car! We couldn't have asked for more. Not to mention the location was ideal also! Would highly recommend this place to anyone!!!"

"The amenities listed were not as advertised. There was no onsite laundry - we had to go to a laundromat and several of them in the area were closed. We also did not have a microwave. "Beautiful pool! The apartment had a weird layout where you had to walk through one bedroom to get to the other. The check-in folks were not very helpful. We requested 5 additional minutes to check out and were told we couldn’t have them, but 30 minutes later they still hadn’t started cleaning the room. While the location is close to town, it is a steep walk up a hill to get to town so not ideally walking distance. "
