"This was a really lovely place to stay! Close to grocery stores, trams, and lovely parks to lounge in. Perhaps a touch on the expensive side, however, at the drop of a hat they sent us up more towels, coffee pods, and dish soap. I love that kind of personal service when we’re abroad. Bedroom and bathroom(s) are downstairs, with everything else up a flight of stairs, so if there are mobility issues, I wouldn’t recommend. Thank you guys so much for having us!!"

"Fabulous Hotel with great employees. The gentleman who checked us in gave us a lot of info about Vienna public transport including maps etc. Very rare these days when checking into hotels. Beds were so comfortable! This was our 5th hotel on this trip & we had the best sleep! Breakfast was good with a nice variety & fabulous fresh fruit salad. We ate at the small bistro one night & food was good. Small menu but good for a light meal. It was lovely to sit outside with no-one else around smoking (one of my pet peeves in European Cities is that people can smoke where you eat) Can highly recommend The Harmione!"

"Very cheap rooms. Very uncomfortable. No closets, no night stand, not a single lamp or light in the room above eye height, very dark at night. Open place to hang clothes, that's it. This is ABSOLUTELY not a 4-star hotel. The room is 2-star level. Location is very subpar also - too far from center of town. Breakfast is OK. Some in the staff are very unhelpful - our AC didn't work for a full day (it was so uncomfortable), yet they first refused to do change our room when they couldn't fix it. Only after a strong word with them they changed our room. Only 3 irons for 157 rooms! So don't expect to be able to iron your clothes. No mini fridge in the room. Tiny hot water kettle. No weighing scale in the entire hotel. No concierge or anyone to help with luggage. Everything is cheap and poor. I would never, ever stay here. Very "legal" type behavior of one staff member with us - who kept on making excuses, and wouldn't give us the room until EXACTLY 3pm, their official check-in time. Come on, this is your hospitality level? Shameful, since the room magically became available EXACTLY at 3PM."

"Check-in was easy with the detailed instructions and pictures provided. The room was much smaller than described and shown in the photos. The only sink was the kitchen sink, which we had to use to wash our hands and brush our teeth. The first night was fine value for the money. The next 2 nights a family was staying in the home and one of them was smoking indoors leaving ash on the floor and a cigarette in the shower and toilet room. They also left their dirty dishes on the counter and in the sink overnight, which wasn't ideal for needing to brush our teeth. I also was not aware until we arrived that there was no WiFi. Overall, it was a poor place to stay and I will stay in a hostel to get better value for my money. "
