We absolutely loved our stay at the NH Collection Hotel in Vienna. We were delighted to receive a room upgrade, which was a lovely and much-appreciated surprise. The room itself was fabulous — spacious, comfortable, and beautifully presented.

The location is very handy to shops (especially vintage shopping), restaurant options and an easy walk to major attractions and shopping areas. The rooms are generously sized, and well laid out.

I had a very pleasant stay in a clean and comfortable room with a lovely view of one of Vienna's beautiful buildings. Upon arrival, I urgently needed to find a pharmacy, but most were closed. Hudeifa went above and beyond to assist me—he not only helped locate a night pharmacy but also accompanied me there and communicated in German to ensure I got the correct medication. Thanks to his help, I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip without worry.
