"Affordable place to stay for a quick overnight. This is my 2nd time staying there. The mattress sagged a little in the middle but I slept well anyways. The complimentary breakfast was quite extensive and better than other places I have stayed. Besides yogurt, fruit, pastries, and waffles, milk, juice, and coffee, they had hot breakfast items (eggs, sausage, and biscuits & gravy. I would definitely recommend it."

"A good place to stay traveling east or west on I-40. Clean, comfortable bed. Had trouble charging my phone on bedside lamps outlet. Close to reasonable places to eat. Close to freeway on and off ramps. Friendly check in, very helpful. Reasonable Rates and pet fee. No breakfast, serves coffee. "

"The person at the desk charged my credit card while telling me he wasnt goi g to charge it. I had alreapdy prepaid for the room. No breakfast dont exoect any. Also the bes sheets are old along with the towels"

"The staff were all very nice and helpful with anything we asked about or needed. The property has definitely seen better days, but the rooms were clean, and it seems from the equipment and haul away trash rentals in the parking area they are working on fixes and updates to the place. The shower/tub needs a remodel… the shower fixture is new and the water works fine but there were badly covered up old holes from previous shower handles, and the tub looks as if there are some permanent stains. Unfortunately the pool was not open during our stay, but that was okay wee were in town for a two day event and wound or have had the time to enjoy it. Even with the mentioned items for construction purposes in the parking area, there were plenty of open spaces to park. Overall, yes the place is a little outdated but it wasn’t a bad experience at all. "

"We arrived to this home with a family of five only to find about three or four bath towels two of which looked like beach towels left by another guest, and underclothes thrown in a closet apparently left by the last guest. Three of four bedrooms had top spreads and no sheets the fourth had sheets and no spread. Needless to say after a full inspection of the house we found a washer full of laundry and a dryer load of bed linens. The place was full of dust and the shower still had the washing sponges, I’m guessing from the last guest, although the owner, whom I immediately, contacted assured me that they clean the shower with steamers. Since we had access to a stove I thought it’d be good to bake some chocolate chip cookies for a snack one evening but when I opened the oven storage rack to find a cookie sheet, it looked as if it had not been cleaned in months and I’m not exaggerating! I’m thankful for a family dollar where we purchased towels and wash cloths, as well as pillows for three rooms that looked like they were purchased from a yard sale. Lastly the air conditioning worked very down stairs but as soon as we climbed the flight of stairs it became a sauna. To the owners/renters of this property I’d like to let you know that we left the pillows, and wash linens that we couldn’t pack up and we left your property in better shape than we found it! "
