"RAVE!! I cannot say enough good things about our stay at El Verde Inn in ALB, NM. We had an unexpected emergency earlier in the day and then car troubles along the way, so we did not arrive until 0430 AM--well past the 11 PM weekend check-in time. Despite all of that, the staff (I believe his name was Wesley) was incredibly kind and accommodating. The gentleman who checked us in went above and beyond. Upon greeting and meeting us, we apologized and he stated, "it is okay, as long as you two are safe!" He answered every call and made sure we still got settled comfortably even at that hour. His patience and willingness to help truly made a stressful day a lot easier. If you are looking for a safe place with excellent service and people who genuinely care, I highly recommend staying here.
To note, the room was beautiful and comfortable. The room was clean as well with everything we needed in it. We stayed from NOV 14/15-NOV 16th. "

"Great rental. Well equipped house with great rooms and spaces for all. Really appreciate that welcome gift and the coffee that was available.great location to Old Town. We were there over Halloween and they really had some great costumes down there. Also a fairly easy drive to Santa Fe. "

"The Volcano Cliffs home was just what we were looking for during our stay for the balloon fiesta. The home was very clean, beautiful, and roomy, with all the amenities we needed. The view from the rooftop was breathtaking and seeing the balloons from the balloon field and even those lifting off near us. left us awestruck. The location of the house to the balloon field was a 15-minute drive and straight shot down Paseo del Norte. The communication with Alvino and his wife was seamless and very helpful. We would stay again and definitely recommend staying at their beautiful home in the future. "
