Maison de Montfort -Ideal Location near Sarlat Fabulous View Of Chateau Montfort

  • Charming cottage situated in the heart of many local attractions. Spacious for two people with a large bedroom upstairs. There is an ensuite shower and sink with an ensuite toilet separate but also ensuite. A veranda off of the upstairs bedroom is ideal for sunning and has a spectacular view of the Chateau de Montfort. Downstairs has a living/ dining area equipped with a TV. There is a kitchen which contains everything you should need for food prep. The downstairs patio is covered and has a barbecue. There is a second WC downstairs for your convenience.

    There is a bar/restaurant “Le Centenaire” and a bakery Margot in the village. The centre commercial LeClerc is 4-5 km’s away on the route to Sarlat.

    Swimming / Canoeing in the Dordogne is about 2 kms away. Centre Commercial LeClerc (supermarket) is 4 kms away. Sarlat, La Roque Gageac, Domme, Castleneau and Beynac are all within 5-10 kms. Lascaux and many prehistoric sites are 15-20 kms away. It is an ideal location to explore all of the extraordinary sites of the Dordogne.
    Golfing at Roche Bois is 1km away. Horseback riding and biking is also available around the local area. Le grande Randonnee passes directly by the property. Check with the Office de Tourism for all attractions current information. Enjoy!
