    In the heart of the Perigord Noir, in a village bordered by the Dordogne River, this comfortable abode will transform your stay into a haven of peace.
    Manuga is a fully renovated house with a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen-dining room opening onto a covered terrace close to the swimming pool and the barbecue, the sun loungers and the ping-pong table.
    Rental is all along the year and for any length (central heating and fireplace).
    Nearby sport activities: 2 tennis courts in the village, 9 golf courses with 18 holes at 4 km, horseback riding, canoeing, hiking trails, mountain bike and of course, many sites to visit: Sarlat, Vezere Valley and its prehistory, the Dordogne Valley and its castles, gardens, fortified town and splendid landscapes. And let's not forget its gastronomy.

Perfect chilled getaway

This house is in the perfect location with most villages to visit no more than a 20 minute drive away. The house was spacious, clean with the most wonderful outside area with pool. Joëlle and Dominique were there to greet us and were pleasant people to deal with. Would definitely book again. We all felt relaxed after staying here.

Beautiful Gite

Lovely spacious Gite would suit two families. Was far to big just for us. Very dog friendly. Good location for surrounding tourist locations. Sometimes noisey due to neighbours mowing and riding motorbike around garden. New mattress required on downstairs bed. Owners really lovely people. This is definitely a great holiday location.

Lovely house, big double bedrooms, small single rooms (very hot at night). Pool area and outdoor cooking area were fantastic and very relaxing. Well placed for visiting interesting sites. On top of a hill so you need a car, walk back from village / beach is quite steep. Hosts were very hospitable. (Take your own towels). Beautiful property.

A nice and well located house

A very well equipped and nice house. It is located in a zone close to the sites to visit but still a very quiet one. The pool and terrace are great. It would be advisable to have some basic products like toilet paper, washing liquid, etc. to avoid having to run the first day. It is not essential but it is what differentiates a good service from an excellent one.

En famille avec 2 adultes, 4 ados et 1 chien, nous avons passé de superbes vacances !Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et sympathiques. La piscine est merveilleuse ! La maison est très bien équipée, propre, la literie est très confortableL’emplacement de la maison est idéal car il permet de découvrir les 4 coins de la région.

Maison confortable et bien placée

Maison tres sympa, au calme et proche de beaucoup de choses. Spacieuse. Chacun a son espace. Propriétaires tres sympas. Concernant des prpositions d'améliorations : Augmenter le nombre de bols et couverts. Dommage quil ny ait pas de volets cote cuisine et piscine car quand le soleil tape ca fait monter la temperature de la maison qui pourrait rester beaucoup plus fraiche Mettre un systeme de store au pire,en tous les cas reflechir a stopper les rayons du soleil. Idem un store a lexterieur des velux a letage serait plus indique quun store en tissu a linterieur pour eviter le soleil de chauffer. La piscine tres agreable, propre. Le.point négatif de la maison est le bruit de la scie sauteuse du hangard qui jouxte la piscine ainsique que la voiture garee au pied de la fenetre, Les wc, salle de bain la haut neccessiteraient un petit rafraîchissement. Sinon les placards sont très vides en arrivant donc sucre,sel,poivre seraient vraiment bienvenus, voire petit truc de bienvenu...du coup on a pas eu envie de laisser des choses...type cafe ou autre cest un peu dommage.

villa conforme a la description et a notre attente

Villa tres propre ,rien ne manque ,nous avons apprecie les 3 salles d'eau qui permettent l'autonomie de chacun. A l'exterieur une grande terrasse couverte ou nous avons pris tous nos repas avec acces direct a la piscine tres propre egalement.l'environnement est tres calme ,de petits chemins tout autour nous ont permi de promener notre chien matin et soir.les proprietaires sont tres sympathiques et disponibles si necessaire . Un terrain de petanque est a noter car assez rare dans les locations .En somme une excellente adresse que nous recommandons .

Dès notre arrivée dans cette location, nous avons été agréablement surpris, la description de la maison et des alentours correspondaient totalement aux renseignements fournis par les Propriétaires. L'accueil a été excellent du début à la fin de notre séjour. Des propriétaires charmants. Nous avons trouvé une maison, sa piscine et son jardin dans un environnement calme et silencieux. La propreté de la maison était parfaite, un intérieur lumineux dans un espace de vie sobre. La literie confortable et propre. Les chambres sont spacieuses, un confort non négligeable du rangement dans les chambres et des salles de bains avec douche et toilette individuelle. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette location. Nous étions 4 adultes et 2 chiens Merci encore à Mme duc Joëlle et à Mr Duc Dominique truffés de bonnes intentions à refaire Ginette , Nathalie ,Marcel ,Thierry

Calme et douceur à Coux et Bigaroque

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans cette belle demeure confortable et d'une grande propreté. Le jardin est très fleuri, nous avons apprécié le terrain de pétanque et surtout la piscine les jours de chaleurs et les barbecues sur la terrasse. Calme et bien située pour les promenades, les excursions sur les châteaux de la Dordogne et les sites de la Vézère. Madame Duc était d'une grande gentillesse et à notre écoute, Monsieur nous a offert la truffe. Nous étions 5 adultes et 2 enfants plus le chien qui pouvait gambader. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir. Merci à vous Madame Duc, nous avons été heureux chez vous.

AGREABLE SEJOUR!!!

Superbe!!! cadre idéal pour se détendre , beau jardin, belle piscine et maison très propre. Sans oublier la propriétaire, une femme douce , charmante et très discrete. Nous étions 4 adultes, 4 enfants et 2 chiens!!!! Les petits comme les grand étaient bien triste de repartir!!! Très belle région mais en 4 jours nous avons pas eu le temps de la découvrir entièrement!!! alors RDV très bientôt!! Le petit plus c'est de ne pas avoir à laver les draps en rentrant!!!
