"The best thing about this property was the staff. Everyone from the manager to the gardeners were so friendly and courteous. The driver was awesome and took us wherever we wanted to go. We arrived as guests but left feeling like we were family. "

Very accommodating as our flight did not leave until 10 pm. and they welcomed us to store our bags and let us enjoy the pool and facilities while we waited for our complimentary shuttle bto the very nearby airport. "Ehhhhhh. We had a major issue checking in regarding room. After a day of writing to Hilton corporate , we finally were able to get the results we needed. Thank you GM Solte for your help and assistance. Staff all around 10/10. Food needs help as well as some areas of resort. Serum at the spa was excellent. I’ll visit again only for a few nights only do to the staffs hospitality . "
