First time visiting Arizona. This hotel is beautiful! Friendly staff all around. Our room was facing the pool. The room is soundproof. We didn’t hear any music from outside. We had an amazing spa service. Absolutely loved our stay!

This was a great find (2 room apartment) for a family of four with two teenagers. The apartment was wonderful. My only complaint was that we flew in early and although I had filled out the pre-check in that said we would be there early, the receptionist (although I would hesitate to give the wrong impression--this isn't a hotel with a lobby and receptionists) informed us that we couldn't store luggage or even sit by the pool to wait for our room. I was not upset our room wasn't ready to be checked into early. I totally understand that. However, to not have a place to store luggage or be allowed to sit by the pool to wait should be clear because this isn't a normal hotel. Essentially this is a brand new apartment building that is renting out unused apartments, so they aren't set up like a normal hotel.
