"I love you. I was good. Expedia and other companies should inform people that are renting places that will be under construction or maintenance. This should also be required by the owners of the building to communicate this with the sites or get penalized for not reporting it. This should be expected within a 24-hour oven issue at a hotel or other place of stay. Place itself was fairly clean and the staff was excellent. Very accommodating towards the demolition and reconstruction of the garage underneath the hotel."

"I booked a premium king bedroom. I was given the worst room in the worst building. I did not have a car, so I booked Uber for my commute. Every time I needed to get into my Uber or receive a package, I had to walk 2 minutes. Not even a single staff member helped me carry my luggage, even though I saw others receiving such treatment. After requesting and changing my room 2 times, I finally got a good one. During this entire time, the hotel did not provide any support to carry my belongings from one room to another. Only after asking did they provide support. There were unnecessary charges for parking vehicles and laundry that were not mentioned anywhere on the website. At the end of my stay, when I went to do the laundry, the machines were not even working. I had to wait 30 minutes and move from one building to another just to finish my laundry. These things are highly unprofessional. Later, I expected some apologies from the hotel manager. I did not even get that. I came to your hotel for a business purpose, but you guys gave me unnecessary headaches throughout my stay. Initially, there was no water in the room. When I called room service to order, there was no response. No one even followed up with me. How will you compensate for these things?"

"Travelled to this hotel with a young child, the hotel was accommodating with sleeping arrangements for an infant. The hotel offers a valet service which you basically have to use as parking is virtually non existent on the property, and they charge 30$ per night you park with valet overnight. The valet staff are mostly unprofessional and when we checked out our car reeked of weed to the point we needed to air the car out, super unprofessional and unacceptable particularly as it was a rental car and we were traveling with our baby. Raised the issue to management and was never contacted about it. Would avoid this property in the future and would advise against staying here unless there are other options available."
