Don't go here
If you want a terrible night sleep, stay here. The hotel was empty but I was put in the room next to reception which is honestly terrible unless you don't want to sleep. There is a big gap between the floor and the door so you might as well just leave the door open at this stage. When I asked if I could be moved to another room, I was told I would have to pay extra to upgrade. If a hotel can't provide the basics of a quiet room, it doesn't meet its primary function. Train staff on customer service and make room 1 an extention of reception.

Dear Sir, thank you for your last stay in our hotel. We don't understand your comments, because we don't have any rooms next to the reception, our rooms are one first and second floor. Maybe you made a mistake regarding our hotel. Our hotel are just rennovated and we don't have any gap between floor and the door. Could you please give us more information ? Great stay
Good location nice people and good food. The Spa is a bit small but very nice to go to.
