"Everything from the beginning check-in to the breakfast to the staff to the manager to the property to the convenience of being able to get to and from places, was impeccable!! if I could give them 1000 stars I would they were absolutely amazing if you are going to New Orleans stay at this hotel!!"

"Front desk staff was very nice and helpful, rooms were clean, no bedbugs, only complaint is the kitchenette. People have stolen everything from them (utensils, pots, pans, cups, bowls, plates) and people should have to pay a refundable security deposit when they stay incase they do steal. There is also a usable printer and computer by front desk which is very helpful being as a lot of the parking places around New Orleans requires a print of your parking pass put in the windshield."
