"Very nice hotel with a perfect location—3 blocks from Bourbon St, 3 blocks from Canal St, and really close to the riverfront, Jackson Sq., Cafe Beignet, and Cafe DuMonde. The rooms were small, but nice and well appointed. Service was great. "

"First off, I am an Embassy Suite fan. Anytime I go on trips I look for their hotel first. However, my experience with this particular hotel was not a very good one. Started with them saying that they didn’t have my reservation and they were booked solid when I received a confirmation email about my stay. After an hour they found my reservation. Guess that was fine since it took them an hour to get my truck in Valet, mind you they don’t have self parking. Every time I requested my truck it took at least 30 minutes to get. Room had no soap and when they cleaned the room after the first night they didn’t leave any fresh towels. The positives I can say was that the bartenders were heavy handed and the breakfast was awesome. "
