"I don't understand why we pay 250.00 host fee and 200.00 cleaning feethen have to wash towels and washclothes, pull bedding and leave in bathrooms. I guess I would expect the cleaning fee to cover all of that. Other than that, my family and I loved the property, access to the river and the peace and quiet."

"Place was big and had beds for our large gathering. We had issues with lack of enough linen, no dish cloths, lack of enough wash cloths. Place was clean. Host was very helpful and took care of things quickly. Issue with one of the set of steps into the cabin. There were no hand rails. A ramp would have been great as I have a difficult time with steps. Thought there would be more green space. We all had a great time visiting with each other."

"We had some cleanliness issues from previous guests that were not easily noticed by cleaners. They communicated well with us. Porch was not clean enough to sit on which was disappointing. Correspondence and location great!"
