Great Family Vacation!

We had an amazing family vacation here at Kings River Lodge. The pickleball court, pool, playground and house were perfect for our family. With 16 adults and 7 kids, we never felt like it was crowded, the bedrooms were spacious, plenty of bathrooms, and all the washers and dryers came in handy!

This property was very clean. Our younger children enjoyed the outdoor toys. Plenty of room to park our vehicles. The kitchen was well stocked for small or large meals. Very nice!

Family Reunion Getaway

We had 29 family members and Kings River North was perfect! There were plenty of beds for everyone. Having the pool on property was a hit, as well as the playground and pickleball. The lodge was wonderfully stocked and had almost everything we needed for our meals. Karen and the local management folks were so helpful and friendly,- amazing memories were made by our whole family, from 5 yrs old to 86yrs!

Fun family reunion

The house and yard amenities are awesome! Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, lots of gathering spaces, great basketball/pickleball court and playground. Our three generation family had a fabulous time. Karen was very responsive to all questions and concerns. The dock is not the easiest to access but once you get there they have nice paddleboards and kayaks for use. This was our second time visiting and we may be back again.

Long Family Vacation 2024

Plenty of space for our family of 19, plenty of supplies provided, well stocked kitchen appliances and supplies, our kids loved the outdoor space! We weren’t prepared for the well water and sulfur smell. We chose to purchase drinking water and water for coffee. Did not use dishwasher because of the lime buildup. Some of the dishes upstairs had to be washed before use.

This house was perfect for our family of 19. We loved having access to the pool. The water access is a bit far from the house but we just went to the marina instead which had a beach. Perfect place for a getaway!

Great Family Spot

We had ages from 7-80 and we all had so much fun together! A great place to come in and play games out of the heat. We enjoyed playing all of the yard games on the property and hanging out around the pool. No complaints. Would stay there again.

Huge home with plenty of privacy

Had a friend group of 17 there for a long weekend. Kids loved the playground, pickleball, and outdoor fire pit. Parents loved the indoor space, 4 master suites with private bathrooms, and the gathering spaces abounded.

We had a wonderful time with little you did not have to go anywhere everything was right there. Lots of activities It had rained a lot before we came so boat access was not possible. That was the only downfall. Everyone had space and loved family time

Code to get in house did not work. Took 45 minutes to get access to house. Property manager was on cruise and did not respond. Had to call VRBO to finally get in. The water smell so bad of sulfur could not even be in house when took showers. Owner said to run all hot water out of tank it improved but was still bad

Wedding Reception

We used this property to do our wedding reception at and have the bridal party stay together. It was perfect! The house is gorgeous, the park and other outdoor games were perfect entertainment for the kiddos. I would definitely use this lodge again for future gatherings.

60th anniversary family reunion

My parents 60th. Family traveled all over USA to catch up for a week. House was clean and plenty of room for everyone. Had problems with hot water and host was diligent in trying to rectify situation but it did take days. Brought kayaks and ended up finding a public ramp because the house’s “access” was complicated and not easy to launch. Could use better mowed or paved water access. That was the only disappointment. The house was awesome and I would recommend it to others. .

Grandma Kays 80th Birthday Surprise

Loved the property!!! It was large enough for our whole family to stay together and close enough to Eureka Springs to enjoy all it had to offer. The location was central for us, traveling from KS, MO, OK, and TX and the property had plenty of space for us to spread out and still be together.
