"One of the required questions was to rate the pool facilities. There was no pool, but there was an inside jacuzzi tub. We did not use it, so just picked the middle rating. The property was a cozy cabin nestled in the woods and looked as advertised. It was comfortable with nice comfortable decor and bed. I give the host high marks for communication. I think VRBO has issues with their email messaging. Once we figured out there was a problem, the host texted with us and was very helpful finding the cabin in the dark the first night. A nice getaway cabin within close proximity to Eureka Springs, trout fishing, hiking. There was a grocery that was close as well that was nice. "

"The property itself was wonderful and clean. But you get absolutely no cell phone service there and check in/out is all sent via email so you have to drive into town to receive them. And the hot water only lasts long enough to fill about half of the spa tub before it is nothing but cold water. "

"Property was exactly as listed. Host was communicative. Very clean, very peaceful stay. Recommend. But, you do basically lose phone service once you hit the dirt road. If you stick your phone in the window you can receive and send texts in case of emergencies. Was nice to unplug. "
