"The bathroom was starting to flood from the shower so i took out the plug to be greeted by a plug hole full of hair .which i cleaned out . please see attached picture. The breakfast was bacon that looked raw, Mushrooms that had been boiled to with an inch disintegration. When i complained didn't even get offered a refund Just i will let my manager know "

"We enjoyed an overnight stay. The staff were friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and there was a comfortable bed. We ate in the bar as the restaurant was closed on Sunday evening, but there was a full menu and the food was enjoyable. There was a standard, perfectly nice breakfast offering. The leisure facilities were stand-out. There was a very warm pool (probably better suited to leisure rather than fitness swimming, particularly if busy) with a really nice steam room and sauna. We'd definitely stay again. As long as you're expecting a slightly "chain business hotel" ambience as opposed to a "country house hotel" vibe, you won't be disappointed."

"The apartment was quite small, but adequate. However, when the weathwr turns hot, the apartment gets very warm, even with the skylight open. Everything else was fine."

There was dirt everywhere, things falling off walls, and an exposed electrical socket. The garden is overgrown and the garden is ant infested, which get into the property. I messaged the host who called me a liar despite the pictures and didn’t even offer to clean it or sort the issues. Absolutely disgusting place, service, the owner and VRBO are both horrific "
