"As a last-minute booking during a 12-hour layover in Santiago, we chose the Holiday Inn for its proximity to the airport before the long journey home to Australia — and it was one of the best decisions we made.
This was a great hotel. Despite being so close to the airport, it was impressively quiet. I managed to get 5–6 hours of solid sleep in a very comfortable bed, which made such a difference before our 1am flight.
The room was clean and comfortable, the shower was excellent, and we enjoyed a tasty and nutritious meal before heading back to the airport. For anyone needing rest and convenience during a layover, I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Such a classic property. Central location was easy area for pick up and drop off for joining day tours. They allowed us to drop off luggages before check in time. Staff was very helpful in arranging transportation to the airport when there was road closure due to a marathon. Good breakfast buffet with options. Will stay here again."

"The hotel has a lovely old world charm about it. The staff are warm and friendly. The hotel is in a good location downtown. However the bathroom was extremely small 1.5m X 1.5m which is a little bit inconvenient especially in the shower cubicle. It appears all the rooms open out onto or are above the cafe on ground floor. From 8pm to 8am the rooms are very quiet but the chatter and chair moving is constant from the cafe and can be a bit annoying if in your room during the day. The breakfast was only one option. The same served to everyone but was okay. But a buffet would be better. I was mildly happy with the hotel but would probably choose elsewhere next time"
