"We enjoyed our stay. The property is a bit dated but it is well maintained with spacious rooms and beautiful views. We were warned a couple of times to be extra cautious if we walked off the property. That didn't give us a lot of confidence especially after having just been robbed in Santiago. The staff at the Sheraton was great. We had two rooms, both upgraded and assigned next to each other without us having to ask. Little thoughtful perks like that are truly appreciated. We usually try to avoid Marriott properties, but this stay was lovely."

"We loved the large room and the amazing view. It was also walking distance from food and fun and, of course, the beach. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. The room smelled like smoke a bit at night, but opening the balcony door helped with that....but some mosquitoes got in that way. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. "

"Older hidden gem of hotel that needs a little updating. The staff are very friendly! Spa was very nice. Grounds are very well kept. Breakfast had a lot of options and dinner was good. The water in the shower took a long time to get warm. 20 minute walk to the beaches."
