"Good value, brand new hotel. Affordable restaurant on site and great free breakfast. Friendly staff. Only challenge is the wait at CDG to get on the shuttle (please make sure that you pre book it at check in well in advance of your departure). Other alternative is to take a taxis."

"Hotel was convenient and rooms were spacious for Europe. Staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was plentiful and well stocked. There were a few issues. The elevators were out of order 1 day. And the TV never worked although we called twice. The lobby and public areas need a deep clean. Overall was a good value for the price with free shuttles to the park."

"Parc was lovely, lots to do for the whole family, the vip cottage was a long way from the pools and shops, but we coped well with it, the cottage was ok, a few wear and tear marks, the coffee machine didn’t work, the filter coffee machine had no filter, neither did the shop, We was there during a heatwave and had NO Ac at all.. a couple of fans which did nothing at all, but again we managed well. We loved the activities and after spending a week in Disney is was a welcome break to just chill out for a few days and relax. I took my running shoes and had a couple of runs in the morning which was lovely and would recommend to other runners, overall a pleasant stay, although a slight warning, in the evening the shop becomes unbearably busy, be warned and get all supplies during the day, and don’t leave till the evening"

"Beautiful property with just a short walk to the parks and Downtown Disney. Only issue we had was the lack of air conditioning in both of our rooms. The rooms do have AC, but they’re not cooled very well. And it’s was the same issue last year when visiting with my brother in the World of Marvel New York hotel. If you’re a western visitor and been to other Disney properties, lower your expectations and just understand that Disney Paris doesn’t do AC very well. However, if you ask for a fan, they will provide one for your room. Overall, its still a great Hotel and clean property."

"Great experience and kind staff. Very clean rooms. Literally a three minute walk from the Metro station and the station that will get you to your terminal. Absolutely perfect location for an early or late flight. One thing I don't understand is why it takes 10 minutes to check in when I have already paid for the room, and they have all my information. Don't get me wrong. Everyone was kind, but just seems dumb."
