Great location, vey comfortable room.

Loved our stay. Large room lovely pool.

Loved the location & view from the hotel - room décor was brilliant; however does need blinds/proper curtains in rooms (not sheer curtains with people walking past room window!)

Its new and has great parking, easy walk to the castle and not to bad to the town, friendly staff...

So well located within the walls of the medieval citadel. While parking was off site, the attendant drove me an my luggage to the hotel - in a tiny electric car made necessary by the very narrow streets in the citadel

One of the best boutique hotels I’ve ever stayed in . Stefanie and Andre runs the hotel and are most attentive and service was impeccable. We received lots of tips and where to go around Carcasonne . We ate at the restaurant 2 out of the 3 nights we were at the hotel . The food was fresh and well prepared . Breakfast was prepared to our specifications and for €16 a head it was plentiful and we could not ask for more . We love this hotel and we will definitely be back .

Wow. We stayed for 1 night and were mist impressed. The room was exactly as shown in website. Very tastefully decorated and comfortably spacious. The bed was comfy and we slept well. The included breakfast was delicious. We also really liked the location between the town square and the old castle. The hosts were wonderful with their communications leading ip to our arrival and throughout the stay. They dont have parking for a car (only motorbike or bicycle) but helped out with finding free...

This hotel is situated out of Carcassonne but represents excellent value for money. Staff are very pleasant and helpful, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is exceptional and again great value. I would stay again.

The owners, BJ and Iris, were so friendly and efficient, yet not intrusive. We were asked what time we wanted breakfast and it was ready at that time. They offered suggestions on places of interest and restaurants. The view from the breakfast area was stunning and the rooms were spacious, offering a very comfortable king size bed but also extras like a direct USB connection for charging the phone. Great hotel, the team are very happy to assist with anything you need. They even rang to check prices for a taxi for us. Provided a good overview of the sights things to do and places to eat and all the recommendations were perfect. The facilities are bright modern and clean. The garden and pool area are a huge bonus as is the hill behind the hotel to give you a great view of the city.

From the arrival in the lower car park, and the trip by hotel car up to the hotel, we knew this would be special. What a lovely hotel. The grounds and gardens are lovely. The room was very comfortable and had casement windows overlooking the garden. We really enjoyed our stay here.

AMAZING. a must go if you are in Carcasonne !!!! Simply perfect hotel, from the decoration to the space in the bedrooms, to the professional and welcoming staff, always there to help and assist you during your stay. The breakfast can be in your room and there is so much choice, all delicious. Make sure to book a wine tasting with the Sommeliere, and also for dinner at the restaurant for a unique moment around food and wine.
