Villa Provence, renovated in 2016, private pool, and large garden

Provencal house of about 160-m², peaceful, air-conditioned, on a single level, and fully renovated in 2016. It has two bedrooms from 15 to 25-m², each has its own bathroom with a toilet and shower. The house has several terraces, a private 8 x 4 m swimming pool, a 3400-m² landscaped terraced garden, table football, a Ping-Pong table, and an electric barbecue and griddle. It features a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave. It is the ideal starting point for visiting all of Provence. It is very central and surrounded by many nearby places of interest (Villecroze, Sillans-la-Cascade, Tourtour, Lorgues) and all of Provence is reachable in a day trip. It is between the sea (Sainte-Maxime at 51 km) and Gorges du Verdon (30 km). It has an unobstructed panoramic view. It features terraces, an electric grill, and a boules court (balls available). It is 900 m from Villecroze village with its 17 springs, a unique park with ancient historical caves and a 35 m waterfall, and the village square with its plane trees and a bowling green. It is an old village with authentic alleyways, water fountains, restaurants, bars, and cafés. Authentic and charming villages surround the area, ideally located between Marseille and Nice (about one hour), which were selected for UEFA 2016. The villa is accessible to people with reduced mobility: all rooms are on a single level, and there is no need to use the stairs to enter or exit the house. The swimming pool is also easy to access. Oversized parking for five cars is available.

Excellent Host, lovely house.

A great stay. Would recommend a visit to the local vinyard where there is wine tasting and also a hike through the vines and surrounding hills. A trip to the Gorges du Verdon is also a must with the option booking an electric boat for a couple of hours. For a shopping trip, CAP3000 in Nice is worthwhile with over 100 shops and restaurants. The property was great. We arrived just after a big storm, so the pool was quite sandy, but it improved throughout our stay with the help of the pool robot. David was also on hand if we needed any help.

Great villa

Great villa in a nice location. The house itself is very modern and good looking and clean. It has a great kitchen, bar and TV area. We loved the pool area and the bbq area which provides nice shade too. Driving distance to the beach and Verdon gorge with great sight seeing. Checking in and out went smoothly and we enjoyed the quick communication from David. He reacted quickly when we had a powercut overnight and he helped us out quickly. The only minor thing was that we were notified in the evening that some gardeners were coming the next day to maintain the garden. These type of maintenance things should be carried out when nobody is renting the villa, since we paid for the day but couldn't really use the garden/pool area since gardeners were busy doing maintenance.

Toller Urlaub in Villecroze

Wir haben die 10 Tage in der schönen Unterkunft sehr genossen. Abgeschlossener Parkplatz direkt beim Haus. Der Pool hatte immer eine angenehme Tempertaur und war sehr sauber. Er wird immer Samstags gereinigt. Tolles großes Wohn-Esszimmer mit sehr gutem Smart-TV und guter Klimaanlage. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Schöne Außenterasse. Bequeme Betten in angenehm kühlen Schlafzimmern trotz 34 Grad Aussentemperatur. Das Gebäude ist solide gebaut und dadurch nicht so überhitzt. Gute Warmwasserversorgung in schönen Badezimmern mit guten Duschen. Die Lage zwischen der Verdon-Schlucht und dem Meer bei Frejus ist sehr zentral und gut für Ausflüge. David ist bei Fragen im Vorfeld und während des Urlaus sehr gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Alles in Allem eine sehr schöne Unterkunft.

Vacances détendues à Villcroze

Belle villa sur un grand terrain avec une très belle piscine. La villa est joliment aménagée avec des meubles clairs et il y a de grandes fenêtres qui laissent entrer beaucoup de lumière. Très agréable séjour à Villecroze

Nous avons passé un très bon moment a Villcroze. La maison est grande et située dans un endroit très calme.Trois chambres avec chacune une salle de bain moderne. Nachdem wir letztes Jahr schon mal dort waren, sind wir dieses Jahr wieder hingefahren. Es war wieder top!!! Tolles Haus in der Natur

Wir waren 5 Nächte in diesem tollen Haus in der Natur und doch nicht zu weit von Meer und Ausflugszielen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, sogar ein Tischkicker und Tischtennis sind verfügbar. Der Garten inklusive Pool ist sehr schön. Wir hatten eine schöne und erholsame Zeit! Danke David

Unser Aufenthalt war mehr als traumhaft. Das Haus war super ausgestattet - so wie es unseren Vorstellungen entsprach! Sehr, sehr sauber , der Pool und der Garten ausserordentlich gepflegt. Es gibt gar nichts zu Beanstanden. David hat sich auch - schon im Vorfeld - sehr um uns gekümmert, auch während der Anreise waren wir in Kontakt! So gut aufgehoben gefühlt haben wir uns noch nie bei einem Aufenthalt in Frankreich!! Auch die Begrüßung durch Alain und Chantal war vorbildlich 🙂 Alles in allem waren es für uns die zwei perfekten Urlaubswochen in der Provence♥️ Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Tout etait parfait de l'arrivée au depart en passant bien sur par le séjour dans cette magnifique maison. Piscine top et tres bien placée sans vis-à-vis. La maison toute rénovée recemment est tres bien équipée et agencée. Proche des commerces (qq min en voiture) et region sympa. A faire ou refaire! Great place with everything you need. There were only the two of us and we really enjoyed our stay. It would be a great place for a young family. It has large yard for children to explore, a pool and games. The appliances are new and there is air conditioning., something which we did not find in our month’s tour of France.The village was so quaint and the restaurants in the village center were great. So glad we chose to stay there.

Belle maison, bien rénovée et très bien équipée. Emplacement calme et tranquille pour passer de bons moments en famille ou entre amis. La piscine très propre, mais trop fraiche pour que l'on se baigne, mais en été cela doit être top. Alain et Chantal qui nous reçoivent sont très sympathiques et disponibles pour des conseils de visite et autres.

Absolut PERFECT !

Perfect for a good holiday. Nice house with lots of space, well equipped, located in quiet surroundings and yet close to the city. 3 bedrooms with bath/wc, there is plenty of room for many. The lovely pool is perfect for both children and adults, but there are also opportunities for fun joint activities such as boules, table football and table tennis. The host Are very nice and the poolman comes regularly to ensure that the pool and other things work optimally. We can highly recommend renting this House and will definitely come back for a holiday another time. 5 stars is not quite enough :) Jørgen Vittrup, Denmark

Lovely house in a lovely area

A very nicely equipped and maintained house close to Villecroze in the Var. Excellent value for money and as all of the bedrooms are en-suite, perfect for groups of friends and families. Lovely garden and pool to relax in during the hot afternoons. Thank you David!
