A short distance from the most beautiful beaches of the south-eastern coast of Sardinia. Ottima scelta

L’appartamento ideale per una vacanza rilassante. Si trova in un condominio silenzioso, a volte ci chiedevamo se ci fossero o meno i nostri vicini. Parcheggio interno da non sottovalutare e si trova poco distante dal centro del paese.Ha tutto il necessario, non manca nulla. Ci sono 2 bagni con doccia , di cui uno in camera.La stanza da letto è veramente spaziosa .Cucina con tutto il necessario Rete Wi-Fi disponibile e , davanti a casa, la fermata del bus .Ci siamo trovati veramente bene.Per noi vale la pena tornare.L’host molto disponibile e attento ai suoi ospiti.Se posso dare un suggerimento metterei una seconda abat jour.

Ringraziamo i proprietari per la disponibilità e gentilezza. Appartamento che ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative, molto pulito e attrezzato di ogni comfort, molto bello e pulito, pratici anche i due bagni. Vicinissimo alle spiagge, al paese e ai supermercati. Lo consigliamo pienamente.

Umfangreiche Ausstattung und gute Lage

Die Wohnung ist umfangreich ausgestattet, mit Sonnenschirm, Liegestühle für den Strand, usw. Die beiden Badezimmer sind ein zusätzliches Top. Abzug gibt es beim Schlafzimmer, dort befindet sich der eigentliche Wohnungseingang. Die Wohnung ist aber zusätzlich über die „kleine Terrasse „ zu begehen, dann ist man direkt in der Küche. Die Terrasse hat einen direkten Blick auf die Autozufahrt, was nicht sehr hübsch ist- dennoch kann man dort mit zwei kleinen Stühlen sitzen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist schön, da in einem Wohnviertel ruhig gelegen und zur Innenstadt mit wenigen Schritten gut zu erreichen. Beniamino war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, auch immer zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Urlaub in Villasimius- Danke Beniamino

Schöne kleine Wohnung - Zentral gelegen

Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut. Die Wlan-Verbindung war anfangs nicht gut. Das Problem wurde aber durch den Vermieter schnell behoben und funktionierte den ganzen Aufenthalt über sehr gut. Der Parkplatz für den Leihwagen befindet sich innerhalb der kleinen Wohnanlage und ist von Außen nur über eine abschließbare Toranlage zu erreichen. Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut. Liegestühle, Sonnenschirm und eine Kühlbox für den Strand incl. Die Wohnung liegt Zentral. Drei Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe bieten reichlich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner, ruhiger Urlaub.

14 giorni di soggiorno in questo ampio appartamento con tutte le comodità in cucina (cialde caffè, forno, forno microonde) e nel bagno (lavatrice, stendibiancheria, phon e tutto il necessario per pulire). Letto morbido e comodo. Appartamento fresco e munito di aria condizionata. Ombrellone, sedie sdraio e biciclette a disposizione già incluse. Tutto pulito e in ordine esattamente come nelle foto. La posizione è perfetta! A pochi metri dalla fermata degli autobus arst di linea e degli shuttle bus per le spiagge, molto comodi. Con una piacevole passeggiata in 15 minuti si arriva a piedi alla spiaggia di simius. Conad ed Eurospin raggiungibili a piedi o in bicicletta per la spesa. Proprietario davvero gentile, presente e sempre disponibile.

Viaggio di nozze a Villasimius

Volevamo una vacanza tutta per noi. Senza tanta gente intorno come accade in hotel ma in un appartamentino comodo elegante e pulito. Abbiamo scoperto questo di Beniamino e Maria Gabriella. Arredamento moderno, bagni nuovi e vicinanza al centro di Villasimius. Appena arrivati Beniamino ci ha accolto con un bellissimo sorriso. Dopo pochissimo già ci aveva indirizzato verso le più belle spiagge e i migliori posti dove gustare le specialità sarde. La vacanza è proseguita serena ed il nostro obiettivo è stato soddisfatto. Comodissimo il salotto con cucina ben attrezzata ove consumare ottime cene preparate da noi quando volevamo restare a casa. Consigliato vivamente

Super Unterkunft, Super Gastgeber

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für 2 Leute. Ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Sogar Kühlbox, Strandstühle, Sonnenschirm sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist super, das Bett bequem, die Küche gut ausgestattet, die Lage perfekt. Obwohl man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum ist, ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen. Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden. Und gleich nebenan eine Pizzeria mit fantastischen Essen. Zum traumhafter Strand sind es wenige Autominuten. Besser könnte es nicht sein.

Ottimo soggiorno

Ottimo appartamento, ristrutturato da poco, pulito e dotato di ogni confort. Il contesto è tranquillo e in mezzo al verde con posto auto all'interno del residence. Strategico per la prossimità al centro del paese. Il proprietario, sempre gentile e disponibile è persona per bene. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Tutto perfetto, Villasimius e le sue spiagge sono incantevoli, l'appartamento e' nuovo, confortevole e ricco di ogni comfort, vicinissimo al centro. A rendere il soggiorno ancora più speciale, la cordialità, la seria disponibilità e i preziosi consigli del Sig. Beniamino e di sua moglie. Aspettative confermate, consigliato!

L'appartamento, da poco ristrutturato, si trova in un complesso silenzioso e ben curato in posizione strategica a due passi dal centro di Villasimius. La dotazione dell'appartamento corrisponde fedelmente a quanto descritto. Preziosi sono stati i consigli dei proprietari circa spiagge più suggestive, ristoranti tipici (presenza ottimo ristorante/pizzeria di fianco a casa), prodotti locali e indicazioni per muoversi sul territorio. Ringraziamo per aver contribuito a far entrare Villasimius nel nostro cuore.

Vacanza stupenda

Appartamento molto carino, finemente arredato, davvero ben accessoriato e dotato di tutti i confort. Inserito in un contesto molto tranquillo ed allo stesso tempo vicino al centro, facile da raggiungere in auto anche alla sera quando il centro viene chiuso per la passeggiata serale. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e molto premurosi, attenti all'esigenze del turista. Davvero una vacanza stupenda. Lo consiglio !!

Modern und neu

Die Wohnung ist genau wie abgebildet, modern und neu. Der Besitzer ist nett und bemüht sich um Konversation mittels Sprachcomputer. Als nachteilig empfanden wir, dass die Wohnung ebenerdig liegt und keine Balkon bzw. eine private Terrasse hat. Der Freisitz ohne Ausblick ist direkt vor dem Eingang und es fahren und laufen andere Bewohner der Anlage vorbei. Wir hätten gern den Müll besser getrennt, aber da jeden Tag eine andere Sorte von Müll abgeholt wird, ist es am Ende des Urlaubs für einen Touristen nicht möglich, den Müll sortenrein zu entsorgen. Uns blieb nur der öffentliche Müllbehälter. Tonnen (Bio, Glas, Papier und Restmüll) wären hier hilfreich gewesen. Aber alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt!

Nice accommodation and host

It is a nice and very clean flat - we appreciated the existence of two bath-rooms (and enough towels) and a dishwasher. The modern aircondition worked absolutely well so that you can infinitely adjust a convenient temperature. As you can see on the photos there is no terrace to sit on after a day at the beach but you can easily walk the sort distance to the city-centre to have a drink. By the way: kindly some former guests have left sunchairs and sunshades for beach visits. If the kitchen had more dishes like forks, knives etc. it would be perfect equipment.

Schöne und toll ausgerüstete Wohnung

Wir haben diese Wohnung für 14 Tage gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt, ist frisch renoviert und mit allem ausgerüstet was man braucht (Besteck, Strandutensilien, WLAN, Waschmaschine etc.). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es in Villasimius genügend. Der Vermieter war jederzeit hilfsbereit, äußerst freundlich und immer für Fragen offen. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und waren selber bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort. Ein spezieller Dank an den Vermieter Beniamino, für seine Mühe und Gastfreundschaft.

Confortevole ed accessiorata

Bell'appartamento a pochi passi dal centro di Villasimius. Munito di tutto quello che può servire per una piacevole vacanza al mare (ombrellone, teli mare, seggioline) Due bagni lavatrice, lavastoviglie ed aria condizionata. Proprietari molto carini e disponibili ad ogni eventuale bisogno, io e mio marito siamo rimasti soddisfatti da questa esperienza.

Awesome holidays on Sardinia

We spent 10 days on Sardinia. The apartment is completely renovated and the facility is new, friendly and you will find all things you need in your daily life. The landlord, Beniamino is also very nice and open for questions and ready to help and give some good tip what you have to see even we are German and we had some interference with communication. We would definitely recommend this apartment to other interested persons. It is hard to find a good apartment for this price on Sardinia. And Villasimius is a very nice place to stay. We will come back! Grazie, Beniamino for the nice accommodation and we hope to see you soon again.

Appartamento delizioso a pochi passi dal centro

La casa è nuovissima ed accogliente dotata di tutti i comfort , a piedi in pochi minuti si raggiunge il centro del paese dove ci sono tutti i servizi. Il mare è ad 1,5 km....la bellissima spiaggia di Simius!!!! I proprietari sono ospitali e disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta o informazione. ..torneremo presto!!!

Siamo stati i primi a soggiornare in questo appartamento appena ristrutturato, dotato di ogni comfort. Posto centrale e ben servito, con una passeggiata di 5 minuti si raggiunge l'area pedonale di Villasimius. Disponibilissimi i proprietari, che oltre a fornire supporto per ogni necessità, dispensano utili consigli per organizzare al meglio la vacanza.
