"Pros: Casa molto carina, meglio che nelle foto, con una posizione comoda per i vicini supermarket di zona ma a pochissimi minuti dal centro di Villasimius e dai suoi negozi e negozietti. Adriana padrona cordiale che non ci ha fatto mancare il suo aiuto e la sua simpatia. Al nostro arrivo già erano presenti olio, aceto, caffe, zucchero.. Compresi lenzuola e asciugamani, macchinetta del caffè con cialde, oltre che una Moka, un bollitore e tanto altro.. Cons: Nulla da dichiarare!"

"The pool was renovated for four days and therefore closed. Neither the landlord nor the agency see this as a shortcoming. In our eyes, it is impertinent not to respond to this.Afterwards, we were even accused of having demolished the worktop in the kitchen. Luckily we had taken a photo of the area on arrival as the skirting boards in the kitchen are very old and looked accordingly.The flat itself was very clean but a bit noisy."

"Pros: Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Durch ihre Lage im 1. Stock ist sie hell und freundlich. Die Betten waren super bequem und die beiden Badezimmer nach langen Strandtagen sehr praktisch. Stauraum für Bekleidung ist mehr als ausreichend vorhanden - das haben wir schon ganz anders erlebt. Den Pool im Innenhof haben wir nicht genutzt. Deshalb kann ich dazu nichts sagen. Dieser ist jedenfalls sicher eine schöne Option in den noch heisseren...

"Outstanding Stay in Italy I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and attentive. The entire property was absolutely immaculate, and every detail was so well cared for. The location was perfect and made everything so convenient. My stay was truly outstanding, and there isn’t one negative thing I could say. If you’re looking for a beautiful, clean, welcoming place to stay in VillasIimius Sardinia Italy, I highly recommend this hotel. We would absolutely stay here again! ❤️🇮🇹"

"The staff were great, very friendly and helpful, the place itself is quite peaceful during the day meaning if you’re lucky you can get exclusive access to the swimming pool. The shuttle bus to the beach was a good service, although as others have said when you’re already paying a lot you’d think it would just be part of the price (or it would be optional). The private beach was nice, quite busy but because you have a couple of sunbeds already reserved it works well. I would certainly recommend hiring a car around here, there is a good a cheap bus service that is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel but it runs every hour so you have to plan around it (it was a good service with friendly drivers which takes you to many key sights). Breakfast was fine, not a massive variety but it was ok. We had lunch a few times and this was nice and relatively good value. Dinner, we didn’t realise until we arrived that we needed to pre book so it was already fully booked for all 8 nights. We would have liked to have dinner a couple of times there as the themed nights looked good. The amenities are few but nice, the kids liked the play area and ping pong. As a couple of people have said the air con in the rooms isn’t the greatest, it’s workable but it’s not fantastic. The hotel itself is very nice by the way, I think the main reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that for the price maybe you expect a little bit more. Still, it’s a nice place and we had a great time."
