Two-room apartment in a complex

The beautiful residences of Villasimius are centered around a spacious swimming pool and a charming square, the heart of the Club. Located on the southeastern tip of Sardinia, this peaceful retreat is just a few hundred meters from the sea and a short walk from Villasimius town center. Separated from Campulongu Beach by 500 meters of lush woodland with protected pines and junipers, the area offers a serene atmosphere.

The complex is near a prestigious 18-hole golf course, equestrian facilities, and scenic routes with views of the protected Capo Carbonara marine area. The terraced houses feature ground-floor apartments with verandas and first-floor apartments with balconies, all connected by arcades built in authentic Sardinian style. The modern apartments are equipped with a kitchenette, LCD TV, air conditioning, and a private bathroom with a shower. Each unit has a veranda or balcony furnished with an outdoor table and chairs, with some apartments offering accessibility features.

The complex also offers a 270 sq. meter swimming pool, a children’s area, snack bar, free Wi-Fi around the bar, and a coin-operated laundry. The beach is 500 meters away, with sunbeds and umbrellas available for rent. Parking is unmonitored and available on-site.

Ein super entspannter Ort! Der Außenbereich und die gemütliche Atmosphäre haben mir sehr gefallen. Nur 500 Meter zum Strand, also absolut erschwinglich. Kostenloses WLAN ist ein Pluspunkt, und die Klimaanlage ist bei der Hitze herrlich.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Zweizimmerwohnung in Villasimius war genau das Richtige für einen entspannten Urlaub. Die Wohnung war überraschend geräumig und bestens ausgestattet, inklusive einer tollen Küchenzeile, die die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten zum Kinderspiel machte. Besonders genossen wir das Frühstück auf der Veranda in ruhiger Umgebung. Die Nähe zu wunderschönen Stränden wie der Spiaggia di Campulongu, die nur wenige Schritte entfernt liegt, machte unsere Strandtage unkompliziert. Die Kinder liebten den Poolbereich, der gut gepflegt und perfekt zum Planschen war. Insgesamt war es ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
