The holiday apartment "Residenza del Sole 1" is located in Villasimius and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 70 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.

A shared outdoor area, consisting of a fenced pool and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use. The pool is open from the 15th of June till the 15th of September, guests can check the opening hours at the pool entrance.

Old Kitchen and the pool blocked, nobody see this for a shortcomming

The pool was renovated for four days and therefore closed. Neither the landlord nor the agency see this as a shortcoming. In our eyes, it is impertinent not to respond to this.Afterwards, we were even accused of having demolished the worktop in the kitchen. Luckily we had taken a photo of the area on arrival as the skirting boards in the kitchen are very old and looked accordingly.The flat itself was very clean but a bit noisy.

Pros: Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, die Wohnung und Balkon waren super Cons: Badekappen Pflicht im Pool das müsste man erwähnen das man eine mitbringen kann. Es gibt aber im Ort welche zu kaufen
