Villa in the Porto Corallo village 100 meters from the sea, private and independent.
The house consists of a large living room with two sofas, a kitchen equipped with all comforts (oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle), two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with window. Externally on the veranda there is the washing machine, drying room. In front of the veranda and garden with barbecue, large table, sofas and hammock.
It has air conditioning, satellite TV and internet access

Inside the residence you can find all the services: market, bakery, rotisserie, ice cream shop, newsagent, tobacconists, bars, restaurants, pizzerias. There is also a wellness center with swimming pool, gym, tennis courts, miniature golf.
A few minutes walk from the house you can reach the beach where there are bar service, umbrella and deck chair service, windsurf school, or take advantage of most of the free beach.
The famous beaches of Villasimius and Costa rei are easily accessible by car, just 20-30 minutes away. Our house can be an excellent starting point for excursions to the South East coast of Sardinia, or to the wonders of the hinterland.
Porto Corallo is about 5 km from Villaputzu, and 7 km from Muravera and San Vito. There is a shuttle bus that connects the residence with the neighboring countries.
Services such as banks, post offices, pharmacies, hospital are easily accessible in Villaputzu, Muravera and San Vito.
The port and airport of Cagliari is about 60km away, the port of Arbatax is about 60km away.
