By 7 PM, we had to contact Expedia after already messaging the property the day before, as we still hadn’t received any check-in details. The property did not provide a contact number or explain that check-in instructions required guests to contact the host via WhatsApp before arrival. "I had such a wonderful stay here. The location is perfect, so close to a lot of shopping and restaurants and also close to public transport. Easy to access the beach by bus! Daniela and Guido were great hosts. They made sure to check in with me every so often and ask if there was anything I needed. Would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to be back!"

"This place was not as advertised. The pictures led us to believe there would be a kitchen available. However, when we arrived that was not the case. The room was dusty and slightly dirty and surfaces seemed to have not been wiped. The address shown on Expedia once we booked was not the same one at which the host told us to check in and we were not made aware of this change before arrival. The bathroom was clean but the shower was overhead and came down with too much pressure. It barely drained...

"It’s an unstaffed hotel. You check in through WhatsApp and get a code to the door. All of that worked very well. It’s nice and clean and in a nice neighbourhood in central Cagliari. There was a manhole cover on the street outside the window that made a loud noise every time a car drove by, which was often. Since I’m a light sleeper that wasn’t ideal for me. The room was supposed to be cleaned from 11 am onwards, but the cleaning staff came earlier which meant our room wasn’t cleaned during our...
