I had to drag my suitcase in a dirt road for a quarter of a mile as they wouldn’t let me in the resort to drop off my huge suitcase, despite me asking for it and pointing it out. The nature at the facility was really beautiful, the horseback riding was a nice touch. But the facility, restaurants and service were still at 3 star lever and not 4 starts. "

"É um tipo de resort, não tem muita estrutura os quartos, mas não tivemos nenhum problema. Não é silencioso, se você tem problema pra dormir, terá problemas, pois acontece muitas atividades com som que incomodam muito, o lugar é bom e bonito"

"The bedroom, pool need a deep cleaning, the breakfast was OK, not good enough for a 4 stars. But the salvation was Roberto and the animation team. The hotel need some improvemebt it is old and need some deep clean, like the pool board was green"

"Attention cet appartement est une arnaque tarifaire, géré par un particulier à distance et contact uniquement par vidéo pour les formalités. Les photos ne sont pas toutes excates, la rénovation de l’appartement a été faite à la va vite, balcon avec ustensiles de nettoyage sales ,odeur d’humidité, intérieur sans charme et résidence d’un autre temps très dégradée et pratiquement vide en plein mois de juillet, quartier laid et sans intérêt.
