Vermieter - kein persönlicher Kontakt - nicht immer erreichbar und unbeständiges WLAN ; Sicherung fällt bei zeitgleicher Nutzung von z.B. Wasserkocher und Ofen oder Boiler und Toaster etc. pp. heraus. Küchenfenster zur Nachbarterasse. Dennoch empfehlenswert!"
