"The staff were very friendly and welcomed us verbally in and out of the hotel creating a calm atmosphere. The cleanliness was exceptional as windowsills and window casements were cleaned regularly. Floors were polished even though there is an inherent dust outside due to the dry environment all around. The air con filters needed a service to clean the filters ro allow air to flow correctly so that cooling was efficient. As I was in the trade guess what was my first priority as the temperature...
