"The location was perfection - close to the buses, the lifts for hikes, and the shops. With the new renovations, the hotel was new and so comfortable. The only gripe I had is the hot tub. One of the main reasons for choosing this hotel was for the hot tub and it was luke warm. Overall, still an amazing hotel and would definitely book again! "

This is not on 5* level, as not really proactive and in some cases chaotic. Empty plates remain forever on the tables, waiters looking in the room but apparently don‘t see or proactively approach the table. In the bar area the menu is handed out to the table but then nobody is showing up for taking the order so you need to go to the bar yourself to...
