"A nice location of the hotel by the lake. We only booked 2 hrs before arrival (3 people) and got a big room with a view to the lake. The breakfast was nice, the staff were friendly. Close to attractions and bars/restaurants. Parking just across the road from the hotel."

Loved this hotel. Old world charm and service paired with modern conveniences. Has a seventh floor bar and seating area that overlooks the lake with stunning views. Excellent food at reasonable prices.

Firstly the view from our Lake View Suite (room 311) was breathtaking 🙌. The location was perfect, walkable to restaurants, shopping, bars, ferries, supermarket (Carrefours) and the village centre. It is a 10 euro cab ride from the train station. Our room was massive with a comfortable bed with beautiful linen and toiletries provided. It had a kitchenette which was only really suitable for basic cooking or reheating, however there are a billion restaurants to eat at close by. Just be aware if...

True to its name the Regina Palace is a grand residence. Staying at the Regina is akin to living in a beautiful museum in a fantastic location right on the edge of Lake Maggiore. We enjoyed every minute of our 3 night stay at the hotel.

This place is simply amazing!! Worth a detour any day! We were here for two glorious nights of our honeymoon and were spoilt beyond our expectations. We received a complementary upgrade to the gold room which was absolutely stunning and very spacious.
We loved the breakfasts and the dinner at the hotel restaurant was well worth a trip from Australia in itself! The service was the best we have ever had and the staff were very knowledgeable and provided good advice for our wine and meals. Great...

Room 434 is at the top of the hotel but you can't hear any street noise apart from the early morning bottle collecting, typical of most Italian towns. The room has a good balcony with two chairs and a table and a lovely view of the lake and mountains past the houses. The king bed was comfortable and you can leave the balcony door open at night for a breeze and to admit the fragrant aromas wafting in from all the beautiful flowers nearby. The hotel is a block from the ferry terminal and the...
